Working with Eurocities
Pokrovsk values its Eurocities membership because it helps the community connect with partners across Europe and take part in initiatives that support local development. With the support of Eurocities’ national coordinator for Ukraine, Pokrovsk joined the EU LIFE-funded Zero Waste Cities in Ukraine project, creating new opportunities to strengthen its work on sustainable waste management.
Eurocities also enables representatives from Pokrovsk to participate in the network’s annual conference and general assembly. These exchanges help raise the community’s visibility, build relationships with European partners and ensure its perspectives are heard at European level.
For Pokrovsk, one of the greatest benefits of membership is feeling part of a large European family.
