The highlight of this second Eurocities Monitor is the Eurocities Pulse Mayors Survey which is based on the answers of 92 mayors from 28 countries. Launched two weeks ahead of the European elections, the Eurocities Pulse Mayors Survey provides an analysis of the major trends, challenges and priorities that shape urban affairs in 2024.

The Eurocities Monitor includes a collection of essays with insights into the challenges and solutions in European cities, showcasing the skills and diplomacy of their leaders.
