Digital

Ensuring a people-centred and inclusive approach is fundamental to a successful urban digitalisation. Starting from the challenges facing residents enables a city to adopt the best tools to deliver services in a more sustainable and efficient manner. This involves the responsible use and management of data, transparent communication on the use of digital technologies, and a holistic approach to social and environmental performance. To achieve that, we support our members with understanding and applying regulation; identifying collaboration and support opportunities; and knowledge exchange for the scaling-up of best practices.
