Registrations are open for Eurocities Annual Conference 2024 in Cluj-Napoca.
In less than two months, Eurocities Annual Conference 2024 will become the opportunity to learn about hot and useful topics for the local level. Join us in Cluj Napoca from 29 to 31 May to discuss how cities can attract and develop the necessary investments and talents to become greener, more innovative, and more resilient.
More concretely, Cluj-Napoca will host discussions on ensuring stakeholders contribute to the city’s climate targets, how to use European funding to scale up local innovation, boost SMEs and retain talent for the green and digital transformation, or developing partnerships between cities and the local rural areas to provide, for example, sustainable food and renewable energies.
Additionally, during the parallel sessions and site visits, a specific track will be offered to politicians to discuss how to defend democracy and how to unlock investment for the urban transformation.
We’ll take the opportunity to share the results of the second edition of our Eurocities Pulse while Eurocities General Assembly 2024 will adopt our new strategic framework for the next five years, aligned with the new mandate of the European Parliament and the Commission.
