Migration

Under the area of migration, we focus on innovative policies for a successful labour market integration of migrants, their active participation and their access to economic and social rights. Special attention is given to the digitalisation of integration support services and digital rights, and the provision of healthcare for elderly migrants.   Cities have a pivotal role in shaping and implementing migration policies and addressing current challenges.  Therefore, we plan to work together with multiple actors on migration related actions such as with the Urban Agenda Partnership and the City Directors Roundtable on Rising Inequalities.
