  • Engagement with Citizen Observatories and cities: coordinate and support engagement with Frontrunner, Alliance and Fellow Citizen Observatories across Europe, facilitate peer learning and knowledge exchange, and support the uptake of CitiObs tools, methodologies and guidance in collaboration with work package leaders.
  • Policy engagement and policy uptake: support the refinement, validation and dissemination of CitiObs policy briefs, organise and facilitate policy roundtables at local, national and EU level, translate technical and citizen-generated insights into clear policy messages, and strengthen links with relevant EU policy frameworks.
  • Dissemination, events and external visibility: coordinate and contribute to dissemination activities (workshops, conferences, webinars and study visits), represent Eurocities and CitiObs at relevant events, and ensure coherence between implementation results and communication outputs.
  • Internal coordination and knowledge integration: ensure smooth coordination between Eurocities, consortium partners and internal teams, consolidate lessons learned and good practices, contribute to reflections on the legacy and sustainability of CitiObs results, and create links with relevant Eurocities working groups, policy and training activities.

We are aware that you might use AI when applying for this position. It’s acceptable to use AI to brainstorm, structure your ideas or edit your language. However, be aware that while AI is one of the tools we use in Eurocities, the main tool we need for the work here is our minds and experience: This is a content-based position, and one that AI cannot do for you. Please note this during the process to avoid any disappointment for either side later on. We want to use this interview to get to know you and your ideas, not what ChatGPT thinks the best answers are.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. CV and personal data of non-selected candidates are not shared with anyone outside Eurocities and will be deleted immediately after the recruitment process. For more information, read our privacy policy.
