Smart Cities and Communities Information System (SCIS) is a living system for gathering, connecting and spreading smart city projects. By harnessing multiplier effects, this service promotes our members’ achievements throughout Europe and the wider world.
SCIS is an open line of communication between project developers, cities, institutions, industry and experts. It allows stakeholders to exchange data, experience and know-how, and collaborate on the creation of smart cities and an energy efficient urban environment.
The consortium, led by the Flemish Institute for Technological Research – VITO, supports the replication activities of Eurocities members in the field of smart cities, helping them to collect and exchange information, and increasing their visibility through storytelling, webinars and case studies.
