Clean mobility is a priority for European cities. The impact of transport on urban air quality and the climate has direct consequences on the health of citizens and strength of our cities. The Clean Mobility Package aims to stimulate the market uptake of low- and zero-emission vehicles and strengthen the deployment ambition of alternative fuels infrastructure. Ambition and a recognition of the local dimension are a necessary starting point to harness the potential of cities and support these goals.
