Our member Rennes Metropole organised on 14-17 March 2018 the first conference on digital mobility. The event consisted in a part open to experts , In, and a living lab in the city open to citizens, Out.
During the opening of event the Vice-Mayor of Cologne, Andreas Wolter, represented EUROCITIES. He kicked off the day dedicated to “New business models of mobility” by presenting the experience of Cologne as well as the challenges of many cities in Europe in the area of mobility: "We have to change our behaviour together and share space for a more a better and more sustainable mobility".
The Director of the Transport Department from Madrid was also present for our network: Francisco Lopez was speaker at a “fireside chat” on “Multimodality for tomorrow’s mobility” and said: “In Madrid, we bet on transparency of price for public transport and for each trip to incentivize citizen to go for shared mobility”
