EUROCITIES partner of the European Green Capital Network pilot project

EUROCITIES, along with ICLEI (Local Governments for Sustainability), is to run a pilot project for the European Green Capital Network. Amsterdam is searching for City Science Officers

The city of Amsterdam is currently preparing an event to be organised in Brussels (November) in collaboration with the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission and the Amsterdam Chief Science Officer (CSO). This event will be a roundtable debate (“Science for the City”), and will focus on the interaction between scientific research and urban challenges. The aim is to involve in this event different city-professionals in Europe who are working as a ‘science officer’.
