22 cities call for action during the climate conference in Katowice

If European countries want to seriously and effectively deal with climate change and other environmental issues, they need to make better use of the power of cities. This is the message 22 cities and four European city networks laid out in the Call for Action which was presented to the Patrick Child, Deputy Director General of DG Research and Innovation during the Climate Change Conference COP24 in the Polish city of Katowice.

Competing cities for European Green Capital 2021 revealed!

Nine cities are competing for the European Green Capital Award 2021, and four of them are EUROCITIES members.
