Join us on 6 September 2017 in Bucharest, Romania, for a conference and training organised by CREATE in collaboration with the municipality of Bucharest!
The event will take place in the morning and will be followed by a training session. The objective of the training session is to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the importance of data (why is data important for transport policy and planning? How and what data should we collect?), and how to transform it in a meaningful evidence-basded way to support the city planners and politicians in developing new sustainable transport policies.
The CIVITAS CREATE project – a Horizon2020 funded project (www.create-mobility.eu) - investigates the nature and the causes of urban road traffic congestion in 10 cities across Europe and in the Euro-Med region - Adana, Amman, Berlin, Bucharest, Copenhagen, London, Paris, Skopje, Tallinn, Vienna, - and develops a set of policies and guidelines that could help cities adopt, implement and increase the benefits of innovative urban mobility solutions.
