Greater Manchester and Liverpool City Regions are delighted to invite you to Deeds Not Words, a symposium to debate how, by working collaboratively across Europe, we can improve gender equality in music and art.
Are you interested in how, by working collaboratively across Europe, cities can improve gender equality in the cultural and creative sectors? Be part of the discussion on 15 October, when we will contribute an event on this issue, ‘Deeds not Words,’ organised by Manchester and Liverpool at the British Residence in Brussels. Named for the slogan of suffragette leader Emmeline Pankhurst, born in Manchester, the event will open dialogue and be an opportunity to put recommendations on the matter to the new European Parliament.
