Toulouse, the fourth largest city in France, is increasing its population by 30,000 inhabitants each year. 12.8% of this population are seniors (more than 65 years old), making this group a real focus for mobility policies. The municipality of Toulouse learned, however, that senior citizens do not enjoy the full range of mobility services, perhaps due to their own lack of mobility or the loneliness of this age group.
